Considering that within one email to a friend of mine from years back I had an invitation for a visit and a tour for the whole family- free of charge, a trustworthy real estate agent, an apartment possibility sitting above a craft distillery until we find a more permanent resting place, a Montessori if need be, Forrest-sitters and play-mates, and an insta-friend-network...
